Anahuac - Von Ormy

Really a home town kinda place, located right off of IH35 in the city of Von Ormy. I guess the only caveat is the lack of pricing on the menu. The coffee was great and service was like my grandmother asking if I needed anything else! Highly recommend trying them for breakfast. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I would eat here every morning if they opened at 6:00 am instead of 6:30. But I continue and look forward to eating here on the weekends. Love their Juevos a la Mexicana with strip bacon added. This along with their hot sauce makes for the perfect breakfast. They are also the only around that has a habanero sauce that adds three perfect touch. Super friendly servers. Would highly recommend this place to anyone passing through. Sure to it's location not a quick off and on to IH 35 but if aware of it's location quick exist and back on two way side road in Von Or my Tx It's also a favorite of a number of BCSO deputies which should tell you something as well about the food.

Service isn't that great( it's slow). Food is decent but they don't charge the prices on the menu, they charge more. Best choice in the area which has really limited options.
