Lots of things I have to say about this place...Undoubtedly my hometown's No1...NOT if you're looking for a characteristic Tsipouradiko or a greek traditional tavern in Volos, but if you are looking for the most interesting modern, all-day, local modern cuisine to go to. Strangely enough...and even though I have tried all kinds of restaurants in my life and lots of different cuisines, both in Greece and abroad, it makes me feel proud to say that it is this local restaurant, along with mountain Pelion's El-Resto bar (another review I felt I had to write and to communicate to visitors from abroad), which has also made the top5 of my life. Honest... Things I appreciate the most about it are: Menu includes Greek wine suggestions for every dish. 5-8 dish suggestions per category, thoroughly selected and skillfully designed to suit every need, each with a different twist and an unexpected balance of little playful combinations of materials. Aesthetic presentation of each dish is also very meticulous here, along with service. Located in a quiet courtyard inside the Tsalapata's local cultural industrial heritage complex and Museum. If not anything else... try out the Pina Colada cheesecake (if they still have it), accompanied with a glass of wine suggested by the owner, Kostas. Extremely reasonable prices too!

We looked for something special and found it. exquisite modern Greek cuisine, which is an inspiration for the taste buds. each court and desserts a surprise for the sensual. plus very friendly staff that meets every desire. it is our pleasure to go back there!
