In English. Old school excellent restaurant I enjoy here every 3 years for the last 25 years. Management has taken the direction of sustainability in line with its ecological belief. If there's no more Lonzo, they'll offer Copa. The charcuterie is...local. If the cheese supply is reduced, they offer something different than buying industrial cheese. This approach is valid and should be supported. It is also a bit more expensive, but if you run in a century old dining room with silver cutlery from the same family for generations you realize that it is worth the effort. Traditional Corsican restaurants with real local product are not cheap. If you count Pennies, go to a pizzeria. If you want to see how the bourgeois visitors of this extraordinary place are gedinted by generations ago, this is one of the rare and unique places where such a journey of time can take place. A nice dining room with efeu, we were on a Demi pension deal I had actually had two meals there, my wife only one. The starters were excellent Corsican soup, Corsican 'melanzana parmigiana' and main meat Magret de canard on a...night and entrecôte the first, served with chips and salad, were both delicious and perfectly cooked. In Corsica you drink rose wines delicious! All very happy served by beautiful gauche waiting staff. One who had worked in London offered us before our main course Dessert, what would we have asked and could we have it after our main course?. We all, though this is very funny. That's the GR.

Superb culinary stage in a charming and picturesque setting. traditional quality cuisine and very copyy. Many stews are offered: calf, lamb,... in the warmth of Corsican summer, it was a refreshing stage. Do it, do it again!

Without having booked, we stopped lunch, cute restaurant, shaded, with parking not far from the English waterfall. The food was good and pretty copyy with a very reasonable hearing.
