Fortunato those who live in that area where Giancarlo can offer you his excellent dishes at honest prices from real farm immersed in the nature of Tuscia.

We stayed in this farm for a couple of nights in a structure, an ancient farmhouse renovated in an enchanting way. The road to reach it and not easy and in the last stretch not paved. Better ask the owners the easiest route. Very friendly owners, who make us feel in the family. Very good kitchen at sight, and with a very quick service. To be sure to recommend to those who love the real campaign. Bravo

We escaped a couple of days from the chaos of Rome to celebrate the birthday away from humanity: perfect purpose. A delicious huge farmhouse in the green lawn, olive trees, courtyard animals. Friendly owner, willing to chat, available for any need, curiosity or request. Bed, breakfast and dinner: all delicious and prepared by Giancarlo himself also according to my food intolerances.

Structure cared for in detail and very welcoming. Very clean. Even more beautiful outdoor spaces, with lots of greenery and animals. Owners absolutely to the hand, attentive and kind. Great cuisine: fantastic wild boar pappardelle! Recommended!
