The Habit Burger Grill - Vista

The food is just okay and this restaurant is less busy than others in the area. Prices are a little high and it feels like a fancier version of Burger King. Be aware that a side of ranch costs 65 cents extra, even though the sign by the register says it's 60 cents. I found a much larger bottle of ranch at Grocery Outlet for 69 cents. Unfortunately, this was the final straw for me as other locations in the area do not charge extra for sides like this and meals are expensive here. Additionally, they no longer offer the option to substitute an impossible patty for non-vegan burgers, only for the single char burger. I cannot recommend this restaurant to vegans/vegetarians.

The food was okay, but the service was terrible. A staff member dropped food on my clothes and did not apologize or offer to help clean it off. They also did not provide any napkins. Limited vegetarian options available, and only chicken and beef were offered for those with dietary restrictions - no turkey or pork.

This is the best burger joint with a drive-through. It may take a little longer than McDonald's, but the wait is completely worth it.

Other than being over 30 dollars for 2 burgers and green beans. I asked for extra cheese and bacon, both being an extra charge. I got no extra cheese and no bacon. The burger is the size of a McDonald’s cheeseburger. I got no receipt in the bag as asked. This place will get your order wrong and overcharge you for items you don’t get. With that much time waiting in the drive through you think they could verify your order. Would not recommend this place unless they do some major policy fixes.

Literally the worst experience ever. Came to order food through the drive thru and I was literally waiting in the drive thru for over 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me whatsoever. Do better!
