Pho Guys - Vista

This guys make delish Pho. Very tasty vegan broth. I love their thoughtfulness of adding a piece of cardboard at the bottom of to-go bags!! Brilliant! No other place that I've been to does this. The drive thru is a plus.

We ordered the oxtail pho and was anxious it would be tough. There's nothing worse than paying extra for oxtail and the meat is hard. But at Pho Guys, they do a great job. It's sliced thin and so tender. The broth was clear and tasty. My spouse had shrimp and egg over fried rice and loved it as well. The rest of the staff were also friendly and down to earth. We'll all be returning!!

We enjoy to go out. Last night we went to this excellent place which we didn’t know before. We spent a beautiful evening there with great dishes and a professional crew and an impressive chief cook. We put this place in our list and we shall definitely return soon. Highly recommended.

Pho Guys was an awesome experience. Now I know why they are voted in the top 100 places to eat in the U.S. The service is amazing and quick. The food was just what I expected and more. I ordered P1 and added meatballs and my date ordered P8 for you that are vegetarian she loved her meal. Also got an order of 3 egg rolls. This place is super nice clean and contemporary.
