Francisco's Mexican Deli - Vista

If you're seeking authentic Mexican cuisine, this is the perfect spot. They serve handmade tortillas, and while the restaurant is small, the food is absolutely delicious. The stuffed peppers in tomato sauce are fantastic, and the beans and rice are just as noteworthy.

The staff was very friendly, and the food was excellent. Plus, the prices are quite reasonable.

The food was good, but the menu didn’t have any prices listed, and the staff member assisting me didn’t speak English, which made ordering a bit challenging. However, all that is forgivable for the sake of authentic Mexican cuisine—I came here specifically for the birria.

This place serves the best tongue tacos and birria tacos, and their chicken soup is my absolute favorite from anywhere! The tortillas are fresh and handmade, and the staff is super friendly. What more could we ask for?
