I went to thousands of restaurants in my long life in more than 35 countries). I am not a picky eater. I am very grateful everywhere. However, today, I experienced the worst trip to the restaurant. I repeat the WORST in my life. To be honest, the food was very delicious. Price was decent. But experience was horrible. The female waitress literally took food out of my mouth, embarrassing me in front of the other customers. Unbelievable. I was looking forward and was exited to visit Portugal. But this restaurant trip ruined everything. Ruined all my trip. The worst memory of this country, city, and the restaurant. Just to note: It wasn’t buffet. It was a nice a la carta) restaurant. The waitress didn’t allow my husband to share his food with me and she announced it in front of everybody. The entire restaurant were looking at us. Soo embarrassing. My husband and I are very small eaters. That is why we always share our food. We are not greedy or cheap. We just don’t like to waste food. He couldn’t eat everything, so he offered me. I don’t want to go into nasty details. But I strongly advise NEVER to go to this restaurant again.
