Tahoe Joe's - Visalia

Wow, what a great place to eat. The decor is rustic and local feeling. Our waiter was great. We made dinner for $275 and had a lot of food for us. Joe's steak is so tender and good.

Had a good dinner, the steak had it was very good tasteful! I don't like my meat ****, but I thought I would try it medium rarely!! Wasn't disappointed! Service was also great!

If you go on a Sunday, this is definitely a great place. Happy Hour all day Sunday and the apps are really good! Try the steak sliders they pair with them is so good we put it on a few different elements. And who can't go wrong with sourdough rolls. Also try the frozen drink Belini. That was amazing.

My husband and I went Friday The server was great! We had both ribeye that was cooked as we wanted, but it actually looked like it was beaten flat Only a photo made from my plate, but stand were the same green beans as they were frozen I had soup clam chowder I had never had anything like this It had not even taste like clam chowder server asked if we wanted mushrooms onions on our steaks Yes! It came in a small dish on the side But when we got the bill, we were charged $10 for both WTH!!!! We haven't been eating for over a year, this is always going on But we won't go again

Party of 5. Very poor service. We waited a long time for our food. Then we were told they were out of lettuce so no salads and were offered soup instead… Two of us had ordered dinner salads and had to switch to something else. After another 20 minute wait we were told that they had no soup either but we would be “comp’ed”. Offered us a free side dish which they never brought us. Eventually our dinners came. The food was OK… nothing special. Had to ask for the bill twice and after waiting another 20 minutes for it I went to the counter. They billed us in full with no break for missing soup/salad. I tipped ZERO for this horrible experience and we will never go to this lousy restaurant again.
