Taco Bell - Visalia

I encountered a lot of issues during my visit to this restaurant. It seemed like they were either short-staffed or very busy. Despite being the only customers there, it was a bit eerie with spills on the floor and difficulty finding a clean table. The tablet on which we placed our order was also dirty. It's clear that I visited on a bad day and I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment.

Wow. Not only do they treat customers poorly, but they also treat their workers poorly as well. The waiter made a mistake and the manager publicly embarrassed him in front of everyone in the restaurant. This is not acceptable. I do not support establishments that mistreat their workers and customers like this. Additionally, the girl at the drive-thru was extremely rude. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The manager also happens to be acquainted with my girlfriend.

Fast and high-quality food! Could they benefit from customer service training? I don't think she even thanked me or made eye contact once.

It's Taco Bell. It's good! Really fast and friendly drive-thru at this one.

It is honestly the dirtiest Taco Bell I have ever been to better to. employees are concentrated behind the counter while the dining area is completely dirty, full of trash tables are not cleaned in between customers.
