Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Poorly managed store. I tried to call in an order for a pizza but I only got a recorded message that the team was serving other customers. I decided to drive over and place my order in-person. There was only one college age girl there. When I went to the counter to try to place my order, she said there would be a 25-30 minute wait. I thought I'd be okay with the wait, but when I started to state what pizza I wanted, the girl said she wouldn't even take my order until she finished assembling the pizzas she was working on- there were 5! That would mean an additional wait to even place an order! Needless to say, I left. Why the manager couldn't get another worker over there to assist customers on a busy Sunday evening is beyond me. I could see why nobody would answer the phone. The college girl was overwhelmed with orders. I also thought it was unsafe to have only one girl to man the place. If a manager can't get enough help, he or she should be filling in the empty position!

I used to really love PM. Everytime someone asked about pizza I would say PM is the place. I would say great value for the price and good service. Sorry to say that is no longer the case. Over the past year they have raised their prices about 20%. Which can be expected cinsidering the circumstances but it appears they have also reduced the amount of ingredients that are on the pizza. No a good mixture. PM is no longer a place of good value for the cost. UPDATE 6/28/3024. Gave them one last try. Very disappointing. Food quality has definitely gone south and the employees are terrible and rude. Will not return to this location.

Usually have great experiences here, but today was unacceptable. I ordered 2 pizzas online for pick up. I waited about 30mins and it said the pizzas were finished and ready for pick up online. When I arrived, the employees inform me that they haven't even started on my order. Instead of making it then, they make me wait until they have done any walk-in orders while I sit and wait for 45 minutes! I'm certain they forgot I was even there.It's taken well over an hour for them to finish TWO pizzas. Why would it say they were ready if they were not? A complete waste of my time. I could have bought ingredients and made my own pizzas in the same time and it would have been cheaper.

Very awful/unacceptable experience this last visit. I ordered online with it supposed to be finished at 6:04PM. To be sure I save gas and time, I always make sure it says completed online before I pick up. Still waiting and it's now 7PM.. Awful customer service

Usually really good…but I got so many jalapeños on my pizza, that it’s all my family I could taste :
