Carls Jr - Visalia

Don't go Carl's Jr. very often Ordered a Taco Salad a little before 10pm, was told the green burrito bar was closed, so ordered a cheeseburger, it had mustard oozing out of the bun,I guess I should have ordered a mustard burger ,gave to dogs total wasteof time and money,wont be going back for a very long time ,fries were cold went straight to garbage (should have gone to Jack nBox)

This location is a hit and miss on the burgers. One day you can get a good burger and fries other days you get a bad burger aka Macdonald's burger lol. Guess it depends on who is working that day. Maybe it's because I'm getting older but the sodas suck andnot just this location. Maybe it's the mixed percentage they use?

Beside spending a little over $29 for two meals, the large criscuts were more like a small with about 5 little pieces in each casing. Service was amazing but food quality is very disappointing for the prices being as high as they are.

They didn't get order right cashier was karina I asked for the hamdbreaded chicken and this is what I got asked for ranch for onion rings and chicken and they gave exactly 1 little ranch not only is it overpriced but the could have realized that there was 2 items for the ranch

I paid $50 for 3 people to eat. I can get fresh food from dickys for cheaper. The meat on our burgers where dry and tasted as if they where sitting for way too long. The bread is sooo sweet it is all you can taste on the burgers. Overall I had a horrible experience and will never return to carls jr
