Wingstop - Virginia Beach

Order my food 20 minutes ahead came kn food still wasn’t ready and i was the only customer. I ordered a wing combo nobody told me the drink machine was down so my only option was water . They burnt my fries they didnt put no dipping sauce in my bag . This my first time coming there and will be the last everything was horrible!

I ordered on the app, showed up to pick up my food, they said it wasn't ready, 20 min later, they said they never received my order. Waited an hour, walked out with nothing extra for the inconvenience. This was my first Wingstop experience, and I will never order from wingstop again. I highly suggest you go to BUFFALO WILD WINGS or DIRTY BUFFALO.

The only reason I’m giving them one star is because my food was fresh. My husband and I ordered the ten piece wing combo which came with a drink. I only received nine wings instead of ten and the drink tasted horrible. The fries were just okay. I ordered the Cajun wing flavor and they were way too spicy for me. They tasted more like hot wings. On top of that they gave me all drums and no flats. It was a total waste of $30. I definitely won’t be going back.

I do take out and delivery, so I cannot exactly speak on the service. The cashiers are always nice and helpful. The food is the main issue though…The quality of the food is never the same, there’s been times where my food was excellent and I had no problems with it. But there’s been times where I’ve received overcooked chicken and fries. One of my orders didnt have a sandwich, pepper fries, and drink but there was only two workers at the time so I didn’t want to bother them with it. On another order I didn’t receive any of my sauces. So really I can’t say don’t order from here because when it’s good it’s good, but it wouldn’t be my first recommendation.

Quentin the store manager kept walking away from me as I’m telling him the name of my order giving me weird looks and I don’t appreciate that as a manger I believe he needs to do better instead of rushing to make food when a customer wants to make sure there order is
