Subway - Virginia Beach

I was beginning to lose faith in Subway because the kiosks had taken away the personal touch in sandwich making (I'm a bit particular about my food). However, the lady working this afternoon (I didn’t catch her name) completely restored my faith. She communicated with me to ensure everything was just the way I wanted it. My sandwich turned out to be absolutely perfect. I will definitely be returning to this location from now on!

It's Subway, so you know what to expect. The woman preparing my sandwich was quite skilled, but she had a bit of an attitude. Perhaps it was just the time of day and she was overwhelmed, but she could have been friendlier. I always request my bread to be toasted before adding any toppings, but it often gets toasted afterward, so it's not really an extra step. Overall, I enjoyed the food I received.

The sandwich makers here vary in skill; some are quite good, while others seem to struggle, almost like they’re drawing stick figures incorrectly. Being an "artist" in this context feels questionable. While they are quick and eager to serve you, it helps if you don’t ask too many questions. This place isn’t what it used to be.

The staff is incredibly friendly and really focused on customer service! They are quick, and the food is excellent!

If every Subway offered the Veggie Patty, I'd give them all five stars. It's absolutely delicious! Subway is my go-to option when I'm on the move. As a vegan, I can enjoy a healthy, satisfying Veggie Sub made just the way I like it. With so many fresh ingredients to choose from, it never fails to taste amazing.
