Don't come back. Over 20 minutes for a sandwich and fries to ask if I want to wait cold old fries or fresh. What question is that? Then, to also observe that a child rejects the engraving of potatoes because it was not required for engraving. He just lets it go instead of making a new one. As if they could be allergic to something in Yawls Gravy, and you just made them sick or even killed them. People ask on request not to have things because so never go back to the facility, do not recommend that someone stop it

I waited 1 hour in the drive through line to pick up my uber eats takeout, the line was completely around the building. The workers looked so puzzled as I could see through the lobby. Terrible customer service, it's not that hard to run and manage a fast food chicken spot.

The absolute worst fast food restaurant I have visited in Virginia Beach. The customer service was unbelievable disrespectful. Both the cook and the manager were extremely unprofessional, rude and utilized profanity in the worse way. The service was horrible. After 35 minutes I still did not receive my order and was the only customer in the restaurant. To date, I have not been compensated with food or a voucher for my money spent there. I made numerous attempts to resolve my issues all of which have fallen on deaf ears. No accountability for staffs bad behavior or Customer dissatisfaction. The absolute worse. I hope this location’s management and some staff behavior is not representative of all popey’s.

This is by far the worst Popeyes I've ever eaten at. Every single time I order from here they have forgotten my sauce. This time they were out of my pies so they swapped them for cookies, I'd have rather they just not charged me and left them off. They also gave me regular strip instead of spicy, forgot my sauce, didn't give me honey after asking three times for it, and undercooked my strips. I'm done giving this place chances.

I was there as a DoorDasher tonight... This was one of my worst experiences with this Popeyes, because I have had a few before... Tonight, I went to pickup an order for a client. It is Friday Night, one of the busiest times of the week, and they run out of the chicken for the chicken sandwiches, which should have not happened... I was told the chicken would take 6 minutes to cook... (By the way, I have another order already picked up... 6 minutes became almost a half hour... As many other delivery service people came got their orders and left and I am still there. This was horrible business tonight. And they acted as they were all rookies, as there was a lot of confusion to what everyone was to do... No organization at all... As much as I would like to enjoy Popeye's, I will deny myself the craving if I have to deal with them... And I will not accept anymore deliveries from them.
