Our Waitress was great. Only thing was that they did not see my reservation on Open Table. They prefer you to use their website. Still the manager was very accommodating. This one is not as pretty as the one in Newport News but the atmosphere, service and music is always good!
We ordered the vegetable spring roll as an appetizer, and it was cut into quarters. I've seen spring onions thicker than this spring roll. The pieces weren't too much thicker than the chopsticks they provided to pick the pieces up from the plate and sadly that isn't an exaggeration. To make matters worse they were served on a bed of puffed rice noodles that were very stale, and I'm pretty sure had we eaten our napkins instead they would have had more flavor than those puffed rice noodles. This is the first time in many, many years we've had anything this bad at this P.F. Chang's. The only saving grace was that the shrimp Lo Mein main course was really good.
Took a friend there to celebrate their Birthday. Everything was great, wonderful service. The food was amazing, the Dragon roll was out of this world. The Sorento Peppers were really good as well. We all had a amazing time, very much recommended.
First couldn’t find reservation and said it was because we used a third party open table) and the host rolled his eyes. Then we had to wait. Sat 15 minutes after reservation when they decided where to put us. Took about 10 minutes for a server and other 20 to get the 1 glass of wine and 45 minutes for the food salmon and the beef with broccoli). Food was amazing though. Salmon could use more flavour but all together the food was delicious. We only saw our server 2 times.
