Mcdonald's - Virginia Beach

I’m genuinely impressed with the updates to the kids' menu. There are now many healthier options, and I hadn't visited McDonald's in years because I was concerned about how unhealthy their food was. Recently, I decided to give it a try again with my toddler, and I was pleasantly surprised to find low-sugar Honest brand apple juice and sliced apples included in the kids' meal. Now, I feel much more comfortable choosing a kids' meal from McDonald's when we're in need of a quick meal. My toddler finally has another fast food option besides Chick-fil-A!

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the staff at this location. They truly exceeded my expectations with my mobile pickup order. We are a large family, and we need a lot of food. Unfortunately, they accidentally handed our order to another car. Once they realized their mistake, they came over to inform us and assured us they would remake our order for sanitary reasons. They did an incredible job redoing the meal, and three wonderful team members delivered a delicious, hot, and fresh dinner. Everything was perfect and exactly as we ordered. The crew at this location is outstanding, and I will always sing their praises!

Late-night snack. The service was quick and friendly. The food was hot, delicious, and enjoyable. However, I wasn't pleased with the $6+ price for just three small fries. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

The drive thru was ridiculous but inside was dead. They always do a great job and they are relatively fast. Great customer service and great food. Very clean
