Kfc - Virginia Beach

I ordered the door from this place an hour and 10 minutes before they closed and they told the delivery driver that they were out of the chicken when they came there. Are you kidding? I have been a server for many years - if it is over an hour left you do not form a lie to avoid working by KFC is made of chicken. Unbelievable.

Ordered online and won?t let me pick up my food in the window. I suffer from a recent sports injury and they won the food that is already paid. I asked and they wouldn't give it to me in the window. What on earth could be their justification to force a disabled person to get out of their car to get their order?? If it's a good reason, good, but I just asked for the food in the window to get an oblivious empty star of the eightless drone working the window, a shrug and ?it?s just politics?. They're supposed to be a fast food restaurant. Get it together.

Usually you love everything here, but last visit I have specifically asked for potato bowl minus the corn The young lady on the ride put the order in CORRECTLY.. Anyway, the line didn't fix that, and I didn't discover until I came home. Trash for me because I can't eat corn. Not worth the risk, but must praise the young lady for her professionalism and great manners

It took 30 minutes for me to put an order on the inside and I was the only one on the inside. Managers and employees have not even recognized me. You were too busy driving-thru. I understand that u can be short staff, but at least recognize your guest. A single MOMENT would be enough with you. The staff is ignorant and rude. I will not come back

You can't go wrong with KFC original chicken! Love the coleslaw mashed potatoes w/ biscuits too!
