Kfc - Virginia Beach

This restaurant is a complete disappointment. The staff show no concern for their job or their customers. When I ordered takeout, I had to wait at the counter while the pre-made chicken just sat there. I also ordered mac and cheese, which took half an hour to be served. It seems like the workers are just goofing off and having a good time, while being rude to everyone else. I am extremely frustrated with this restaurant and its employees, something needs to change, especially after receiving so many negative reviews. Update: they randomly closed on a Saturday, which is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

- note below is a skillful response from the location- would like to do something about it. aug 5, 2022 update on the 24th juli at 15 o'clock I visited this place, I gave my order to the cash. I asked for everything cooked to order. while I was waiting, I was told by another employee that the waiting period would be about 30 minutes. I said that was good. 30 minutes near and my order is called, and young smells good! I double everything before I leave the restaurant and go home. When I come home, I open the boxes only to find the huh, looks like it has been sitting all day and very pleasing to say the least. miserable orders were dry and almost tasty burned, my chicken sandwich had no taste, overall terrible experience. - Assessment by owner

I would rate this restaurant zero stars. When my wife and mother went there to pick up coleslaw for a bbq, they observed the workers not wearing hair nets or gloves while handling food. They were seen scratching their heads, handling money, and then touching food without changing gloves. The service was slow, causing people to wait for their food. Despite ordering two large portions of coleslaw, they were only given two small containers. It seemed like the person taking the order wasn't paying attention or may have been deaf. The manager eventually fixed the mistake, but the health code violations were still concerning.

This restaurant was awful. They didn't have any original buns available to purchase, they gave me a different flavor jelly than what I asked for, and they didn't provide any beverage carriers. I won't be returning.

On here at 11am July 3, they were supposed to open at 10:30. Last 2 times before that, chicken was dry and got a side order of poor attitude.
