The cornbread is getting worse. I received 3 pieces. 3 different sizes. 1 soggy on the bottom. All 3 undercooked. I don't get what's so hard about a decent size of cornbread that is properly cooked. Boston Market once had the best cornbread. They couldn't keep it in stock. Now, the free one isn't worth your time. I've been a customer for over 20 years. I've seen the menu changes over the years. What I really looked forward to was the cornbread. Now, that's just a distant memory. Now, I'm having to put it in my own oven in hopes of salvaging it for my 70 year old Mother. She's not happy at all! Stop skimping on products to save a few pennies.

Food here is awful. The only thing that was good was the corn. The pieces of chicken were the smallest I've ever seen. Their mac and cheese is usually my favorite, I took one bite of this and spit it out. It tasted spoiled like it had gone bad and they were still serving it. It had a sweet flavor and made my tongue tingle. I know what their mac and cheese tastes like and this was off for sure. The cornbread is another favorite thing they have, tonight it was flat and dense and not fluffy and fresh like it usually is. The food here was good once upon a time but now it's awful. It's a shame there aren't any other ones nearby, I have always liked their food but I can't visit this location if the food is going to be like this. Needs new management and the staff needs to be trained.

This place is trash. Every evening I have gone in the last 5 years they?ve ran out of 3/4 of their menu. Who?s running this place?? When you find out they only have limited chicken you can?t just pull away because the drive thru locks you in there. Dining area is always dirty and the trays you do get have food on the bottom. Never again. Edit: I did email the reply to this and they asked to set up a time to talk. I replied and never heard from them again. It?s been over 2 weeks.

Staff were very accommodating with my Coupon and the food was given quickly. Everything was great tasting! Thank you so much for a pleasurable experience this time!
