If you sit on the upper deck make sure to let them know the food was amazing it was definitely on the crazy side when we got there seemed to calm after a bit the servers were really nice.

Great food, awful service! To start, if you are planning on taking a large group (8 or more) here, they will place a 18% service charge on your ticket. This wouldn't necessarily be an issue, however, they did not inform us of the charge until after we had all finished our meals. Don't get me wrong, the food was great, but they had no right to wait until we had all eaten to tell us this important information. To add to this, the servers rarely checked on us. We were one of three groups there and most of the staff was standing around. They did not ask any of us for refills except for our one group member who ordered a root beer, which is apparently the only soft drink they charge for refills on. When it came time to pay, we split the check. There was 4 of our 9 members on one check and it was over 90 bucks (we all ordered a burger, or sandwich, and fries). We paid with an 100, and asked for our change. The server did not bring our change back to us and then seemed flabbergasted when we asked again. It was a great place food wise, the service was just simply unacceptable.

Run Away. Don't walk. Ridiculous. Waited an hour for our food. The steak wasn't cooked as ordered medium rare, instead of medium well. You are asking why I didn't send it back. It took an hour to get it in the first place, if I had sent it back, I doubt if I would have ever seen it again. My baked potato was inedible. Let that sink in. How do you mess up a baked potato. It's a potato that's baked. My daughter wanted just bread sticks instead of soup or salad. You guessed it. When the bill came, we were charged for extra bread sticks. Honestly. I could go on. But I won't be back to this place. Almost a hundred bucks AND a couple hours gone.

Came up here to visit my mother from Vegas and stopped by. Very friendly people here and the food was amazing. Great Vibe and look to the establishment. Highly recommend!

GREAT food! We went there during the lunch rush and it was packed; we had a little wait, but the food was well worth the wait! The fries were crazy good. Our server was an absolute rockstar.
