Bidrage med feedbackA solid family dining expetience. Food and prices were as expected for this experience. Wait times for food was good with no issues. Restaurant wad Clean and service was fine. Was no wait to be seated and seemed to be sufficiently staffed. Third time eating here. Would come again.
We were not sure where to eat but Boston Pizza was within walking distance. We don't usually pick Boston Pizza because they are noisy/busy. It was a Tuesday night so they offered us the pasta special. The food was very good. The restaurant was very quiet and we were able to visit at our table. The girl serving us was very friendly and was kind enough to quickly check with her manager when we had questions she could not answer. I would definitely go back here!
The franchise owner( Jillian) threw my food at my door, and ran away. I don't think she likes indigenous ppl. Her poor customer service as one of the owners, should be checked. I'll be keeping my security cam vids for YouTube. You are truly special.
$55 plus tax tip for 16 wings and 4 beers. Once again I was sucked into BP because they were the only place within walking distance of my hotel that served cold beer. I was the only person in the restaurant. I’m not surprised as the locals would have been hit with the sticker shock long ago. I used to eat at BP’s multiple times weekly, but now it’s about twice annually, and only when there’s no other options. After checking into my hotel and googling nearby restaurants, I was distressed to find that BP was the only place that served beer within walking distance. After looking at their menu online I saw that they had some reasonable happy hour specials, so I walked over. After wandering the restaurant for 5 minutes wondering if they were open, a quick phone call assured me they were, so I sat down and waited another 5 minutes as the only patron in the building until a server accidentally stumbled upon me. She was as surprised to see a patron in the restaurant as I was to be there, so she took my $8 glass of beer order while explaining that regardless of what they advertised, she could assure me that there were no specials whatsoever. After consulting with her manager she confirmed that despite what they were advertising, they were not willing to honour the specials because of covid. Apparently covid has not only nullified any food specials, but had also circumvented the laws of false advertising. Desperate for a cold beverage, I forged onward. I will admit that the poor selection of beer was made less disappointing by the arrival of an icy cold Rickards Red (the only non Pilsner beer on tap) The $25 wings were every bit as delicious as the bill was shocking. At this point I paid my bill and grabbed a burger on the walk back to the hotel as I wasn’t ready to remortgage my house just yet. Once again in the face of adversity Boston Pizza has decided that raising prices and offering nothing of substance is a good business plan. How they remain open is shocking to me. Clearly the locals aren’t supporting this establishment either, as I was the only person in the place for over an hour. The wings were great, and the beer was cold. The server was cheerful and friendly. If I didn’t feel like my bank account was so abused, I might return. Maybe in a year or so if this chain survives and I find myself with absolutely no other options I’ll try BP’s again. I hope I don’t have to.
We generally order for delivery. It's almost always delivered in about 20 minutes. Toppings are sometimes sparse but what we got this weekend is a pizza with topping on 1/2 of the pizza sort of in a lop sided clump toward the center. May have to resort to chicken chef for pizza!
