Great American Steakhouse Vinton

Our Server was Brandy, saw her 3 times in the 3 hours we were here. First time eating here for a wedding dinner party and will definitely be the last time. Last table to be served our food and this was after every other table got their receipt and paid. Took over an hour to get a cold tortilla soup and a burnt plain potato. As much as I love soup the tortilla soup was more tomato sauce on tiny tostada's no broth and about the size of the bread rolls they serve. No longer was hungry by the time it arrived and other coworkers had to apologize for the wait time. Feels like our server can just do whatever she wants since they charge 18% gratuity. They have changed the steak burger, they used to be really good. This time, the burgers were bland and undercooked. One person in my party ordered the hatch chili burger The bread was soggy, the burger was messy and bland. When we complained, the manager didn't even have the decency to come and speak with us. He/she just told the waited to discount the burger. The food was cold. The service was super slow. Very bad experience.......... Had gone to a wedding dinner at this location, everything had been planned far in advance to make sure there was enough space and staff. It took 2 hours for our food to come out, most of my food was good but not $30 good. My lemonade had in fact been watered down sprite with no ice. Got the bbq platter or something the roast beef was super dry luckily we asked the waiter for a bit more that wasn’t so dry and he got us some. The chicken was so good. Service was awesome.
