The Ashby - Vint Hill Farms

We chose this restaurant for our 45th anniversary celebration, and we were not disappointed. The food and drink were outstanding and the service was wonderful. The roasted beet salad and mushroom strudel were terrific, and the scallops and the duck breast were perfectly prepared. The staff made us feel very special. We will definitely be back to this place.

Our friends reserved the entire outside patio for a small family gathering to celebrate the baptism of their grandchild. The space was set up perfectly, the view overlooking beautiful Paris , VA was clear. The passed appetizers were delicious. They selected sliced tenderloin on toasted baguette, Oyster Rockefeller and bruschetta. It’s hard to say which one was the best as they were all amazing! The bartender made sure there was never an empty glass from cocktail hour through dinner and onward. The entire staff was amazing as they worked together to ensure the day went along without a hitch. We preselected from 3 meals and they were all amazing! I chose the short ribs that was served in a caldron. It was cooked to perfection. The risotto dish was equally well presented as was the salmon quiche. The two dessert selections were calorie worthy! Don’t get me started on the corn bread and blueberry muffins. Hats off to the manager, chef and staff at the Ashby Inn. An incredible day. We will definitely be back soon

Wow! This dinner was so very worth the wait every time I check they are booking 2 months out and I know this was the best meal my husband and I have ever had. The plating was beautiful with every course while the temperatures and flavors were perfect as well! Duck fat muffins amazing! Excellent dining experience and highly recommended!

I chose this stop because they responded to so quickly to my when I inquired about my dietary limitations. They were ready and waiting for my stay. I appreciated the wonderful meal without concern.
