Simple Simon's Pizza - Vinita

This place is truly incredible! I'm from Michigan and stopped here because it was conveniently located off the freeway, and I'm so glad I did. It turned out to be the best choice of my entire road trip, haha! The staff is the nicest I've ever encountered. If you're nearby, you should definitely give it a try!

I absolutely love the pizza here! It's incredibly cheesy and has a unique flavor that sets it apart from Pizza Hut or Domino's. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. However, I have noticed that sometimes the pepperonis are a bit burnt.

We were planning to eat at this restaurant, but my experience was quite disappointing. When I walked in, the woman at the front was extremely rude and refused to let me use the restroom. My fiancé was waiting in the car, looking at the menu on Yelp. I've never encountered such disrespect before. Upon entering, the woman approached me and abruptly asked if I had an order. I replied that I didn’t but would like to use the restroom, to which she bluntly said they weren’t allowing that and told me to leave. I was hoping to check the menu and consider ordering a pizza, but it was very strange and unwelcoming to be treated like this. This was, without a doubt, the rudest interaction I've had since moving to Oklahoma a year ago. The restaurant seemed to be struggling and may not be in business for much longer.

Very great place for pizza !!! Great staff also friendly !!! Place I love to go just wished they had beer cuz pizza goes with beer!!!

Very rude customer service. I place an order and I received wrong pizza. Then they hand it off to another customer at drive thru. Very bad business considering someone could've touched or contaminated it. Then I wait another 40 minutes for the wrong pizza again. Then the so called manager calls me high maintenance lol. No lady it's lack of common sense. We want what we pay for. Also while waiting almost an hour for a pizza they forgot another customers order and did not know how to refund it. And not happy nice did I see anyone wash hands after touching money or register. Will never come back or recommend this place. And to top it off she follows me out the door telling me to never come back. A few choice words were said. And kids these days want more money for working. Learn to do your job then maybe get more money. And great way to raise your kids MOM!!!!
