Grand Buffet - Vineyards

I wish I could leave a 0 star for this place. It was our first time visiting Naples thinking support some local asian restaurants. I was totally wrong and made my trip became nightmare and bothered when think about it. i had the unfortunate experience of dining at and it was absolutely dreadful. The place was filthy, with dirty tables and floors that hadn't seen a mop in ages. As for the food, it was beyond terrible – cold, undercooked, and flavorless. To make matters worse, the waiter was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Not only did they ignore us for most of the meal, but he also had the audacity to aggressively demand a tip that he absolutely did not deserve. It felt like they were more interested in our money than providing any sort of decent service. I asked him to split the bill into smaller denominations, he intentionally tried to give back the large note. After we gave him cash for tip he pointed at the receipt and told me straight that “your tip is low” and standing there demanding for some more money. I ended up give him some more and asked him to give me back the change. He went to the counter and tried to ignore me but I did not want to waste my money for those kind of service and people so I had to ask him twice to give me back the change. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other restaurants out there that actually care about cleanliness, food quality, and treating their customers with respect.

I tried to eat in this place, I have a certified service dog. (French bulldog) the guy in the front desk said “I can not let you go in because this pitbull is not a service dog” I just showed his service dog card to teach him that my dog is certified but for sure I did not stay after that attitude. I felt so harassed by him. HORRIBLE PLACE.
