Since I live in Naples, it's the first time I visit this restaurant, the food is exquisite, fast service and very friendly attention, I will make it one of my favorite places, I recommend it ?

The food was amazing, and the service out of this world thanks to Miguel. We're definitely coming back.

The worst customer service from bartender Lou. I usually love this place, but I won’t return. Bartender handed my brother an incomplete takeout order. Extremely poor communication between front of house/kitchen staff. This is unacceptable, the bartender is NOT a new hire. He’s been there, and his attitude shows it 100%. We had to call the restaurant for the other half of food. Lou just said oh yes it 's here, wanna come? My mother drove 20 minutes to get the other half of food when she got there, the sassy excuse from Lou was we all make mistakes NO APOLOGY for the inconvenience. My mother spoke with an assistant manager woman, who offered a refund to which she agreed to. While leaving, the woman had the nerve to ask my mother if she was really taking the food. Of course she was taking it.. She came here to get it feed her family. Awful experience. Never again!

First and LAST time coming to this restaurant. The service was TERRIBLE! W e were sitting for approximately 20 minutes before they took our order. We ordered bread and it was taking an eternity, so my husband had to remind the waiter about the bread and even after being reminded it took a while. So much so that the bread came together with the food and I told the waiter a little late. The bread should have came before the food, not with the food. He didn’t acknowledge me. My steak had absolutely NO FLAVOR. NO SALT, NOTHING! I had to pot salt and pepper and I ended up eating my steak with the hot sauce that comes with the bread, which was really good. I’ve never had steak with hot sauce BUT IT WORKED OUT. The beans and rice were NOTHING out of this world. The tostones were good. Our waiter NEVER passed by our table to ask us how everything was or if we needed something. My husband had to call another waiter and I told the waiter to bring me my waiter and my husband told her to bring a “Stella.” To say the least, I went to the restroom before leaving and noticed that there wasn’t any toilet paper or paper towels so I had to open the door and get paper towels from the sink outside. This clearly shows “POOR MANAGEMENT. “ There were 3-4 girls on their phones and talking amongst each other doing absolutely nothing. Management needs to train their employees and check the cameras. I was so LIVID that I told my husband to cancel the food and leave. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!We will NEVER GO BACK. ?
