I recently had a delightful experience at Cold Stone Creamery with outdoor seating. The atmosphere was inviting, and the outdoor setup provided a perfect backdrop for enjoying their delectable treats. I must say, the strawberry shortcake in a cup was an absolute delight – the perfect blend of sweet strawberries, moist cake, and creamy goodness. The portion size was generous, and each bite was a symphony of flavors. The outdoor seating added a pleasant touch, allowing me to savor my treat while soaking in the surroundings. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, making my visit truly enjoyable. Cold Stone Creamery continues to impress with their delicious offerings and a charming outdoor experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a delightful treat in a relaxed setting!

Never disappoints. Service was prompt and nice. Had the strawberry with yellow cake and whipped cream.

On Feb 25, my child and I went into this cold stone at 5:45pm and served with disrespect and extreme rudeness by one of the 2 employees. The tall one was extremely disrespectful and basically lazy, refused to do his job and then told me not to come back. Trust me! I won’t come back but I do hope that you will lose your job because you do not treat your job with respect, you care nothing about customer service and you are a typical lazy and entitled brat!!I ordered a medium cup of 2 scoops of different ice cream with strawberries and pecans. This dude filled one-quarter cup with chocolate fudge and one-quarter cup with cheesecake, then put strawberries and pecans on top and handed it to me the half cup of ice cream. I said, “you’re not going to mix the toppings in?” He said if I don’t want the 2 ice cream flavors mixed together, this is the way it is. Then I asked him to mix in the toppings into each or one of the ice cream and then he told me he can’t. It’s too late. So o told him this isn’t what I want so I don’t want it and proceeded to pay for my daughter’s. Upon walking out the door, this rude employee yelled “don’t come back!”I will contact the corporate during the week to see if they offer training to their franchise employees. This type of customer service is definitely below standard!

Been here twice and they don't wear gloves when scooping your ice cream... and the young lady was playing with her hair and then scooping ice cream

Coldstone has long been a treat late night staple for many years ... NEVER Have I been to a Cold stone so weakly staffed.. One person for 8 people in line, says nothing with ipods in ... Pathetic I left for Scoops , I local naples favorite with GREAT SERVICE AND ICE CREAM... Wont be back
