What a beautiful restaurant: the interior decoration was tasteful and very romantic. Food was as good as the presentation and the service. This is an authentic Thai cuisine restaurant that is well worth a visit.

Nice decor good service but the food quality is poor. For what you pay they really should work a bit harder, especially the chefs

Question... How in the world did such an interesting restaurant end up in Villeret? This is the best Thai food I've eaten in Switzerland! It's the only restaurant in Villeret! The decor is traditional and lovely, the service is the same and the quality of the food is very high. So, if you find yourself out this way, Elephant is a great (only) choice. Hint: Be sure to check the hours they are open.

On first view the facade and strange entry could be off putting, but don't be! Once inside excellent waitresses in traditional dress, the decoration including menus on fans and wine list on a scroll all prepare you for an absolutely sumptuous meal.
