We eat under the porch. several formulas with also dishes or entries to share. a nice terrace for the coffee. I don't understand some of the opinions I read on trip.
Restaurant in a typical building of the region, we have lunched under the porch and the children have had a good time in the courtyard. closed courtyard and therefore secured for bambins, with a ball field for amateurs!The places are held by a friendly and friendly English couple. the pineau that is served and very good. it comes from a local producer, adhere to the label welcome to the farm. prices are very reasonable 15€ flat dessert entry. the dishes are served with a beautiful presentation. The cheesecake is a marvel!
The gold star is a restaurant held by British people who try to make French traditional cuisine. If you eat in the courtyard and if you order a duck candidate, you may have the chance to see the manager cross the courtyard between the reserves and the kitchen with the candidate: it breaks the charm a bit.Also enjoy the service: fries in the "guy degrenne" type "a bit inclined and half of the fries that end on the table. Finally, avoid the expresso at the end of the meal: the worst coffee I've ever had.
Friends had recommended this great little restaurant and we quite see why. Menu of the day was a main of lapin and it was absolutely delicious….starter and dessert equally good as was the house wine . Look forward to returning again as so close to Chef Boutonne. Thankyou for a great lunch
Best Salade Niçois I’ve had in a while! Lovely hosts, nice wine, pretty surroundings. The alfresco dining area on a very hot day was idyllic. We'll definitely be back.
