Pizza Hut - Ville Platte

Food was good, the man who took my order was friendly. Only bad thing is I was sitting inside the store waiting in my order and they never called my name I had to go see if my order was ready and it was in the warming oven.

Great customer service and great tasting pizza. Keep up the good work.

My order was wrong I was delivered cold food and I was over charged

Made a delivery order online which stated 25-35 minutes. After an hour, I tried to call to check on the delivery but nobody cares to answer the phone on numerous attempts. I spoke to corporate operator and he told me the order had been canceled but didn't know why. I received no call, email or text from store. This was my 2nd poor experience with this store in 2 attempts. I'm done.

Ville platte BAD customer service I called at 9:45 for delivery they took my order and then I look at the time 10:50 hits still no delivery so I called they pick up then put me on hold for about 2 mins I kept calling nobody answer if y'all wasnot taking no more order why place my order and had me waiting for 1hour and some mins.
