Bidrage med feedbackMy first disappointment for a gourmet BIB and we do not understand the previous comments. After taking a menu in 3 times (38 euros) and one in 4 times (45 euros) with my partner because Pablo told us that it is “very small portions”. We had a tiny tomato salad with a sandy biscuit and mozzarella foam, in the second entrance (for the 4th time) a sandbble with a marinated eggplant and rolled on the top. For the dishes a crispy pork ridge (very good) and a roasted redt for my wife with a potimarron purée. Then in dessert a small part of melon cut very finely and mixed with caramel with a sandy biscuit a new (very dry). All served at the pace of the other tables, one quickly understands that the chef being alone in his establishment both in the kitchen and in the service has no other solutions than to serve us prepared dishes in advance. Being hungry after the second entrance I asked for bread again and the waiter/chef told me that there were only two slices left because we already ate all the bread dedicated to our menu. He finally found a basket for us that was probably not the same day. A very salty addition for the service (134 euros to two) including a bottle of white wine. Not accustomed to commenting, but in view of all the good addresses in the region I will not advise this place for this award, a real misunderstanding about the gourmet bib of the Michelin guide for this establishment.
An excellent restaurant with a unique concept. To discover !!!
A unique and extraordinary gastronomic experience. Chief Pablo works alone and assumes all functions, in the room and in the kitchen. A surprise menu composed by the market and its local producers. An original and incredible unique culinary experience in terms of flavours. Reservation with limited number of places (10 to 12 covered) I strongly recommend making a detour to discover this inventive and very talented leader.
A very nice and very well decorated place where you feel at home. Very good value quality price, nice selection of local wines. We took the menu in 5 services, no disappointment everything was very good, the products are very well worked and especially really well seasoned. A little bit of heart on the mouth (corn cappuccino). The only flat could be human contact. The fact that we feel at home, that we eat well, we would like to discuss, exchange and discover more about the chef, but unfortunately the connection does not necessarily happen ...
Nice place. Original concept of choice by the chef of the proposed, delicious dishes. But the sympathy of the chef is not in a hurry with the dishes. A little disappointed.
