Dunkin' - Village/Town of Mount Kisco

The restrooms were filthy. The tables were dirty. There was a very long line of customers. Although they had plenty of staff, the service was painfully slow.

Prepared a drink wrong, was met with an attitude when I asked them to fix it. She did, or so I hoped. It was so terrible it’s not drinkable.

I bought a large cappuccino and they gave me less than half the person who served me refused to return my money or give me a good service.

My son and I have been going to this place for years and my son and on Sundays 6:15am, before going our technical department which is 1 hour away, we always come to our local dunkin for breakfast. I used my mobile app and placed it before leaving the house... I'm 10 mins away..... I showed up and nothing was MADE!! WHAT!!I saw my ticket off the machine and resting on the counter. The manager was there and said. Oh this is you??? He didn't look happy about his employees. No one knew what was going on. UgggAt the end.... I had to wait and I was patient but in the end.... NOTHING WAS SAID. No sorry, no freebies, nothing. The corporate industry of these chains is Super disappointing.

Dunkin is our go to on the road for coffee and light eats. After one morning of bad hotel coffee, I went to this Dunkin for the last 3 days. Such lovely warm and polite service from those young 'uns for spending $8 for 4 cups of delicious coffee. Thank you!!
