Original Italian Pizza

I placed an order on Saturday night 05/11/24 for delivery. The guy who took my order stated it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. I said that was fine and provided my payment information over the phone. I waited patiently and it was past the estimated time of arrival and so I called them to follow up on my delivery and no one answered so I went to the place to only find out thery were closed. The guy should have told me they could not fulfill my order from the 1st place. I did not even receive a phone call or apology. I waited the estimated time when I could have just ordered elsewehere should they have been honest and told me from the begining. I was very upset by this for the time wasted. I will never order from this place again!!! My star rating is 0 for this place.

Horrible service Wed afternoon, I always order the same food around the same time to my mother who is 87 years old can eat since i’m not home and i always try to call when they are less busy around 5-6pm, not a hard order but the guy who took my order was being extremely rude, and later that afternoon when i came to pick up my food the whole order was wrong, not a single thing was right, and this isn’t the first time, and i was being okay with it until he started being rude saying “well it’s your fault you don’t speak clear on the phone” as he was raising his voice to my mother? are you serious, we let it slide and thought maybe he was having a bad day which it’s no excuse whatsoever but today Friday I also order and I can’t believe it, I came in and there was more than one person complaining about their orders being messed up, how rude the same guy was being, how the one sending delivery’s was messing everything up, def my last time and my family’s and friends last time ordering from there, they don’t know how to communicate and can’t handle busy hours. It’s upsetting seeing how a good place like this it’s starting to go downhill

Good corner pizza joint. Grab a slice or pie B4 heading home. Right across 7 Eleven.

Many of the workers are very unfriendly and give horrible service. I've placed multiple pickup orders and was told the food would take 20 minutes just to arrive and end up having to wait another 20 minutes on top of that after being told it will just be another couple of minutes.

Great value for money. I had come to visit the Bear Mountains and this was a quick stop over. Loved the amicability of the staff. Food was awesome.
