La Campana - Village of Walden

Finally Walden has a decent place with good cooked food hard to find around these parts. SERIOUSLY don 't need to go to the BEACON side of town, which has many little great eatery 's making it look a little like the village in downtown Manhattan.

0 stars. I would say bad service but that is an understatement. There was NO service. I should have known when i walked in and it took 5 minutes to be greated and seated. Food came out cold and when we sent it back it came back colder. Our server never came back to check on us. Had to go up to the bar to order a drink instead of the waitress coming to the table to take the order. When we informed our server that our experience was less then expected there was no atteMpt to rectify the situation, Just An abrupt departure to retrieve our check.

Great service and great food. It is wonderful to have a Latin restaurant that reminds you of home cooked food. This restaurant is a must try!

I was so happy when i found this place! It is a big space, nicely decorated, there was music playing while we enjoyed our delicious meal. It gave me a city lounge type of feel which was enjoyable. I am not a fan of the pastelitos just because I prefer them cooked a certain way but they are good. The food is generally really good.
