I was excited because the menu looks pretty good. I ordered steak tacos and they would’ve been good if the steak wasn’t two, 1 inch wide by a half inch thick by 2 inches long. It was very and enjoyable to eat. The flavor was good, but the two huge chunks of meat were hard to manage. I had to cut up the meat and put it back on the taco in order to be able to eat it. UPDATE restaurant reached out, they had a last minute change that slipped through on the menu, it happens. They were very apologetic and offered to make things right which is great, most restaurants don’t do that. The rest of the food was amazing and shouldn’t be overshadowed by a sub roll miscommunication. Excellent customer service! Honestly, usually love this place, which is why I don’t wanna ding them with an under 3 star review. but tonight was just.. wow. My bf ordered me an eggplant parm sub, described on the menu to be on a hoagie roll. No one told him on the phone they would be out of rolls. I simply would have changed my order to a different item as this isn’t worth full price, but I wasn’t given that chance. Instead I was given.. THIS. sad, disappointed. Festive football Sunday atmosphere with tons of games on at once. Good food. Good beer selection. A little too loud with the juke box at ten with people yelling to have a conversation. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
