Gaby's Cafe - Village of Rhinebeck

Came for Father's Day and I made a great choice. The restaurant is beautiful, bright and clean. The food was amazing! I had the Enchiladas Mixtecas and it was so tasteful. The shredded pork inside had such a wonderful, smoky taste. The Queen Camarone of my wife was wonderfully spiced and the shrimps split in half, making you really good a fully grilled shrimp in every bite. Finished with the fantastic tres leches cake that tasted so fresh. Absolutely come back.

The food is absolutely dynamite with so much to choose. Extremely clean branch down with great owners. Prices are also very reasonable.

Wow! I love Gaby's <3. Slightly off the main street of town, it can be easy to miss, especially if you're not familiar with the area. But it's definitely worth checking out. The vibe is fun and casual, the staff is great, and the drinks are delightful. During COVID they have lots of outdoor dining tables set up, with a big tent providing shade and rain protection. Seating is ample and I've never had to wait for a table. Also they are open late, which is not a given in this town. My favorites here include the spicy margarita and the flan. Seriously, this flan will make a believer out of you... don't miss out.
