Kfc - Village of Potsdam

The food is uncooked and comple soaked in oil. The oil is even dripping from the box that i had to place tissues under it to soak in.

Chicken was cooked is all I ask for when ordering from places and it was

They sent a bunch of honey Mustard instead of just Honey BBQ Sauce and they didnt even add my Biscuit which I specifically ordered. I have never gotten a fully correct order from here.

The Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo and 8 pc. Hot Spicy Wings was NOT even spicy and my fiance was very disappointed. He said the pickles were also nasty on the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo. I got the 3 pc. Tenders Combo and was disappointed as soon as I saw the tenders because they weren apos;t crispy. The breading was soggy and had no crisp. It wasn apos;t an enjoyable experience although the Mac Cheese, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, biscuit, and the Coleslaw was the only things good.

Food here is not good. Lack of care, lack of integrity. The place is a mess, the food is all dried out from sitting half the day. Just poor quality and sub standard. Ill never eat here again, ill drive 7 miles to the other kfc before i order from here again.
