Mcdonald's - Village of Port Chester

The food is great but the ice cream machine always seems to be broken once the Night Shift staff starts. I just want a freaking McFlurry is that too much to ask. Otherwise the food and service is good but why you gotta make a man cry like this.

The lady here is always so rude it’s kinda funny, but it’s always open so whatever.

The drive thru is so odd! The drive-up window to pay and receive your food is on the passenger side! It's so difficult to manage the transaction if you're driving on your own. Maybe it was originally designed to enter from the other direction? Either way, really tricky.

The manager said to hurry up you need to move we have more card behind i was in lane only 50 seconds maybe i moved to next window they told me to parking N wait will be nice they have more curtesy no coming

I went to get lunch here and this place is a gem . Their customer service is beyond superb, I have been so used to awful service in Stamford that I was taken aback by how nice the workers were at this Mc Donald’s. Francisco was extremely attentive and is willing to go above and beyond for the customers .
