Absolutely the worst Chinese food we've ever eaten. We ordered two combo meals, and the rice was so mushy and over cooked, and the General Tso's chicken had no flavor except for a little sweetness. Even the egg rolls were really burned.There's no excuse for the super low quality of their food it was the middle of the week, and they were very slow .DON'T EAT HERE Meal type: Dinner

My favorite place to eat in Penn Yan!!! We always get at least dumplings they are a favorite in my house! We have gone here for years for take out. Food is good. Nice family at the restaurant. I would not recommend eat-in as the dining room is small and not too comfortable. The Crab Rangoon are delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
