We quickly tried to fix it by moving pizza in bag to a horizontal position but all the cheese slid down to one side and they didn't cut it. We had to rewarm so we could fix cheese at home and then slice it.

Idk. It’s Panera. I shouldn’t expect too much from these guys. Food is good for the price.
I usually go to the Orchard Park, NY one. Always good food. Love the Asian crispy salad. Soups are great. Usually clean tables but sometimes they need a wipe down.
