Ermirio's - Village of Highland Falls

Our experience was so poor that it doesn't even deserve a single star. After a long wait, we heard items crashing and loud shouting coming from the kitchen, even though we were the only customers in the restaurant. When my dish arrived, it was covered in a strange gel. I took a bite and found the pasta to be cold—cold like it had just come out of the refrigerator. I couldn't tolerate the flavor and ended up returning it to the kitchen, only to hear even more yelling and swearing from the staff. I definitely do not recommend this place!

People visit for various reasons, but if you're simply looking for authentic, fresh Italian cuisine, this is the spot for you. My wife and I highly recommend the Bolognese. And the biggest surprise? It's the best we've ever had.

Delicious pizza! All the pizzas are prepared in a pan, and the crust is incredibly soft. The atmosphere is lovely, with wonderful people!

If you are looking for good Italian food, well cooked in a beautiful atmosphere-go Here! Was conveniently impressed by appetizers, salad, main course dessert! The freshest cheesecake I had! Better than juniors!

I have been to Ermirio's for both a large party and a small date night and both experiences were excellent! The date night was amazing, the ambiance was exactly what we wanted, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable! The large dinner party went off without a hitch. The experience was so seamless and the food so delicious, that the birthday girl left feeling like a member of the Ermirio's family so to speak. I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant. Must try when in Highland Falls.
