Pizza Hut - Village of Germantown

Excellent food, excellent execution and contactless kurbside delivery. The fact that they welcome me with name when I visit before I even look for my order is a nice plus.

The pizza was delicious as usual. We love to go to this place! Although the manager was short staff today, he did a wonderful job to make sure our order was perfect! Thank you. Will be ordered again.

Pizza was hot and ready and as ordered when I arrived to pick up my execution order.

Today, we ordered 15 pizzas along with breadsticks for a party. There was an issue with the payment as there was something wrong with their machine, and our card wouldn't go through. They called me to resolve the situation, and we tried another card which also failed to process. In the end, we decided to pay in cash. The manager was genuinely apologetic about the trouble and sent out the pizzas for delivery before the payment was completed. They even offered us a discount for the inconvenience. The delivery driver was very helpful and brought everything inside for us. To top it all off, every single pizza was hot and delicious. Great job!

We really appreciate our local Pizza Hut. As a school, we frequently organize special lunches for our students, and the staff has always been incredibly accommodating and helpful with our requests.
