Lena's Pizza, Subs Wings

Great food and service, but the place needs some work on its appearance. Clean the tables please.

The food is usually very good and one of the best in the area. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience this last Thursday. We paid 97 dollars for a cheese and pepperoni party pizza with 48 wings. Only got pepperoni on half with a huge 2 inch crust, the wings were dry with no sauce. I walked in the door and not one employee greeted me until after 5 minutes of standing there. The phone rang for a while and I literally saw an employee pick up the phone and hang up! It took me a few tries to get through as well. I hate to see you lose business from having a disrespectful staff.

Still my favorite pizza and wing place in the area! Unfortunately, service has gone down hill. This is the third time the order has been incorrect and had to be remade. Mistakes happen but this is too often now. The order wasn't complicated either, just a pep with extra cheese. What was given is just cheese, let's slow down and get the order right. And please don't change the formula of the food lol.

I ordered pizza and wings when I got home only had 4 flats last time I ordered from them they wouldn't let me pay for all flats they said you get what you get I called them about only getting 4 flats they told me you didn't order mostly flats so you get what you get I want be going back they can't give me only flats then tell me I should have ordered mostly flats ridiculous

Was on hold for 15 minutes before I showed up. Showed up at 2115 and they’re no longer taking orders. Service was unprofessional and inadequate. If you close at 2200 then don’t advertise you’re still taking orders.
