I like Panera food. Guy at register was a bit sarcastic! Tables were dirty. Had to wipe my own. Some of the fabric chairs need replacing...dirty, worn...
Very unhappy...had to heat up my own souffle in the public microwave which was filthy, had to ask to get a clean table all of which were filthy. ...
Panera in Fishkill needs new management. I have to say food is good but service is beyond atrocious! There are 7 registers and usually only 1 cashier...
Excellent customer service!! Our money was refunded because we had a bit of a wait we didn't even complain!!
