If zero was an option, that would be the choice. Walked in, said hello. Person behind the counter did not even grunt, just looked at me. Never been inside before, was not sure if there was prepared sandwiches or what. Asked, may i please have 1/2 pound of roast turkey. No response, took a good 10 minutes. Place was dirty and people beyond rude. Never going back.

Their breakfast sandwich is great but some of the staff are just so incredibly rude for practically no reason. I walked in at 11:40 asking for a breakfast sandwich, to which he responded that breakfast was closed. I said their website says breakfast doesn 't close till 12, and he responded I just don 't feel like making that sandwich right now. It sucks because I like it there a lot but every now and then I have a bad experience with staff.

The tugger bfast sandwich is the single good thing that happened to me in east Hampton, the shining jewel in a miserable, awful trip. I was sitting in the sweltering heat, disgusting, tired, but some angel had assembled a beautiful delicious breakfast sandwich that lifted my spirits.

Decent, cheap food, just make sure to get the popular stuff. BEC is good, basic deli sandwiches are good, everything else is pretty hit or miss.

Not impressed. Person behind the counter didn't seem to know what salami was. ordered a Panini on white bread, got a warmed ciabatta roll with chunks of a black coal-like substance from the press stuck to the outside, no grill marks or toasted texture.Still ice cold inside, no melted cheese. The black stuff from the press chipped off pretty easy. I may be wrong but I got the feeling that the owner was not on site. I'll give most places a second chance but not this one. Based on my experience when ordering, there was no upside to bringing it back and asking for a fix.
