Food is tasty but the service is bad. We booked a table for 15 people. We arrived at 21:30 and waited for 45 minutes to make an order. The pizzas arrived after half an hour and the sea mix in one hour. We started to eat at 23:10. We didn’t have any bread on the table, so we had to ask for it. The fried sea mix was very tasty, it’s only positive thing about our dinner. Service was just too bad.

Very good food. A bit of a language barrier. Very close to a hotel at the beach. Owner staffed Fulvio was our waiter.

This is definitely the best place in the area, if you look for a restaurant that can make kids happy with great tasty pizza and adults happy with great fish dishes! It is at the end of the long and small town of Cannitello (so it is not in Scilla, vene if the name might make you think it is), facing the beach and the sea. Do not expect a classy restaurant, it is a family owned and managed restaurant, hosted in a three stores house with its garden. It offers a huge number of tables and seats, but it is best to book in advance, as it is very popular and always crowded. Here you can taste great pizzas, fantastic fish dishes and fritturas , wonderful tasy mozzarella, burrata, and not to be missed desserts. An eye to the local typical cuisine and local products will make your experience great! We went to this restaurant twice in 8 days spent in the area. One little weakness, to be accepted in many restaurants in the area: quick service and organized efficient customers attention is not the number one priority in restaurants in this area, and also in this one. So you might find yourselves waiting for more than expected, for the next order. But food quality will make you forget about this!
