Meraviglie Cafe - Villa San Giovanni

I often go to the Meraviglie. The ice cream is excellent and we usually sit outside to consume and have always had adequate service. One day I went with my daughter to get some take-away brioches with ice cream and the owner put the brioches on the tray, wrapping them with simple aluminum foil. I kindly told her that in my opinion, given the hot temperatures outside, even if the distance to home was minimal, everything would have melted and I would have even made the car dirty.....but she insisted saying that it would have held better the fresh aluminum. Result: melted ice cream, new car dirty with ice cream and my daughter dirty while trying to stop the ice cream spill. I was wrong in not insisting and not wanting a different package. But it won't happen again! I'm sorry but customer care would also be needed since I'm also a regular customer!
