O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Villa Rica

After the swearing of O? Charley?s for 15 years because of consistent bad experiences, I visited Villa Rica from Alabama for the weekend and I decided to give the franchise another chance and I am glad I did! Not only did I get amazing food, but the service was literally top animal! I don't know. Wise was by far the best server I ever crossed! She made my husband and I feel so welcome! I told her it was a lot of moons since I was in an O? Charley and that I wasn't so excited to come back. She took the little conversation we had and made the whole experience wonderful. From food recommendations to drinks to total service. She was the best! I've never waited in a restaurant in FINE DINING. O?Charley?s in Villa Rica, you? ve has such a jewel on his hands. God bless them!

Husband and I had a fantastic anniversary dinner. Our server Stephanie was absolutely amazing, very personal and helped us to choose activities after dinner. She was just amazing. Restaurant was clean and food was fast, bartender was on point!! 10 of 10 come back!!

We dined at the Villa Rica location on March 11, 2022. Stephanie Wise was our server. She did an excellent job! Our food was hot and came out quickly. The loaded potato soup was very good. Stephanie made sure we never ran out of tea (or rolls). Definitely improved from my last visit!

Top-notch service! I don't know her name but made my day. Today is actually the first time to eat at O'Charley Restaurant, I enjoyed their ribs, soft hot bread and butter.

Brooke did a fantastic job of taking care of us for lunch! She was quick, attentive and super friendly. We met for lunch after golf and this is always a decent place to eat. The food was cooked correctly and everyone enjoyed their meals. The rolls of course are always a big treat!
