Cool restaurant. Good and correct service. Good food. Tapas board (suggestions from the chef) was really worth it. We also enjoyed the sangria with passion fruit. Embarrassingly, they kept us waiting for an hour just to get a table for four when you had several available and while the bartenders were quiet at the bar. When they seat us they tell us not to bother thinking as they only have one thing to serve. When exposing the situation to the maid, with a lot of arrogance she tells us that nobody forced us to come. I would never go back, horrible treatment and on top of that the menu prices are way too expensive. Response: Good morning, First of all, I tell you that if I rate you with 1 star, it's because I can't put less, and it's my right with the treatment I received. Second, I'm sorry but you're confused, we didn't make a point of waiting, your staff were the ones who told us to wait, we were there at 9:30 pm, and they seated people in front of us, what happens is we were not from the their interest because there were only 4 of us, so even with empty tables they made us wait 45 minutes to prepare the table and be seated. The product may be of quality, I don't know, because I didn't try it, but of course the treatment left a lot to be desired. As well as having to put up with the arrogance of your employee telling us that no one forced us to go. Before going to your restaurant, we went to ask others who were also full, but they were honest, we have a lot of people and we only have this food, which your team did not tell us at any time, so it is not as they say, no one insisted on staying It would have been as simple as telling us at the outset that they couldn't accommodate us and it would have been fine. Precisely because we have been working in the hotel industry for so many years, we know what it means to treat customers as they deserve and provide them with quality service. Thank God, even working the hours that are necessary, we know how to work as a team with our colleagues, something we don't see in our restaurant.
